Venture Factory AI is an AI-powered venture strategy generation platform. Users provide business context and receive a structured strategy document generated through our proprietary algorithm. The Service produces strategy documents for informational and planning purposes only.

3. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier of Venture Factory AI allows each registered user to generate up to 3 strategy documents. Once this limit is reached, users must contact DOVENTURES at business@doventures.org to request additional generations or access to extended plans.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All strategy documents generated by this platform are produced by artificial intelligence. The content is intended as a starting point for planning and ideation — not as professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice. DOVENTURES makes no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any generated output.

Strategy documents require human review and validation before implementation. DOVENTURES strongly recommends consulting qualified professionals before acting on any AI-generated strategy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Venture Factory AI platform, including its proprietary strategy algorithm, design, and codebase, is the exclusive intellectual property of DOVENTURES. Users retain ownership of the business information they input. Strategy documents generated on behalf of users may be used for their personal or business purposes.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the strategy algorithm or system architecture
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated outputs as your own product without attribution
• Circumvent usage limits through the creation of multiple accounts

7. Advisory Services

Strategy review and advisory services referenced within the platform are offered by DOVENTURES as a separate, paid engagement. Availability, pricing, and scope are determined on a case-by-case basis. Mention of these services on the platform does not constitute a guarantee of availability or a binding offer.

8. Limitation of Liability
